Staffordshire University is a university in Staffordshire, England. It has one main campus based in the city of Stoke-on-Trent and three other campuses Stafford, Lichfield and Shrewsbury.
Staffordshire University aims to build links between students, academic partners, business and society. The City Campus is based in Stoke-on-Trent with easy access to the railway station and the amenities of the city.It features excellent learning and teaching facilities, good transport links and stimulating social spaces. The university has Centres of Excellence in Healthcare Education in Stafford and Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, with considerable investment in these specialist facilities. The university boasts a lively student union and the cost of living is relatively low, making it one of the most affordable universities.
There are about 15,000 undergraduates at Staffordshire. Another 3,000 or so study Staffordshire awards at regional partner colleges, and many thousands more study the university's awards overseas. And if three or four years spent doing a degree seems like too much of a commitment, the university offers two-year degrees in a number of subjects. Staffordshire is among the leading universities for secondary teacher-training courses.

Accommodation for International Students
International students are guaranteed a room so long as they have accepted an unconditional offer, paid their tuition fee deposit and returned their accommodation application form by the designated date.
The university's student accommodation is safe, secure and reasonably priced; the price includes internet access. There are communal self-catering areas and good value restaurants and snack bars on campus.
The on-campus accommodation is within walking distance of lectures.
International students are clustered within the Halls of Residence, and students are not required to move out during Christmas or Easter vacations.
The Merit scholarships will be awarded automatically on application to the University as follows:
Automatic £1,000 Scholarship for applicants who meet the published entry requirements
Automatic Scholarship as follows:
Applicants with results equivalent to UK First Class degree: £2,000
Applicants with results equivalent to UK 2:1 degree: £1,500
Applicants with results equivalent to UK 2:2 degree: £1,000
